Work real well have A lot of control over speed did 5 pounds by myself they stuffed well. In the smoker now just went up to 130 and added cherry wood and water pan to smoker. Cooked then with no water or smoke at 120 for first hour,the beef ones have come out well hoping for same result from chicken.</p>

I think the issue was more with the connector than the fryer itself but I think your use for the fryer is the best use.  Do you have any issue where the sticks don’t get down into the water?</p>
