<![CDATA[Summer sausage]]>I have been using the Cotto Salami summer sausage seasoning along with Jalapeno flakes and pepper cheese for about 5 years now and we love it! I put a light smoke on it with my wood smoker and the finish cooking it in the oven. Does anyone else use these particular products?

Jalapeno flakes and hot pepper cheese are always great additions to any sausage too!

We haven’t made a ton of the Cotto Salami in-house, but it is a popular seasoning blend for us. We did recently make some samples and the flavor profile was well received and liked by a lot of people though!
