Waltons video made it with regular pork and suggested no ECA due to taste. They do recommend ECA with venison or wild game. Any help for a noob would be appreciated.</p>

I still want more heat and sweet from that flavor combo but a little acid seems to be pretty popular as well.  I don’t think you can go wrong really</p>

Good luck. I never tried the mango habanero before I think it would be too much heat for me and the family.</p>

It doesn’t leave the twang like ECA does. It lets you enjoy the seasoning that you picked. But that is just my opinion. Hope this helps you and good luck.</p>
