I plan to vacuum package 1 lb bags.  I plan on making jerky from ground meat, snack sticks, brats and hamburger patties.  I’ll add fat later, when making snack sticks or brats</p>

I grind several deer a year, and the concensus is the chili grind plate which is 13mm.</p>

I go with twice ground on the medium for the final grind on just about everything</p>
