I’m gonna be making the last half of my willies snacks sticks and wanted to add some hi temp cheese, but I don’t want them too hot.</p>

I put a pound in the last batch of Summer sausage.  I love the stuff, but I wouldn’t even begin to think about giving any to someone who doesn’t like something good and hot.  It has quite a kick!</p>

In my opinion yes, it is pretty hot, if you dislike heat I would either go with something else or add a smaller amount than normal.  Now, it is really really good and I sue it all the time but it absolutely does add some spiciness to the sausage.</p>
