<![CDATA[Forgot to add Binder!!]]>Forgot to add Binder in Beef Sticks. Its all in casings and curing in fridge waiting to smoke tomorrow. Whats going to happen if there is no binder added?

Yes I added the cure. Just no binder as I have always added it except this time.

May be a bit drier depending on how much water you added and meat to fat ratio you had
