This model doesn’t have it.

I can’t find a video or pic of this actually happening though, just the attachment above.

Okay, I think we have enough people on here now that either have or have interest in a buffalo chopper that it is time for a meatgistics university: Meat Processing Equipment video/article. Give me a week and I will try to get it done, edited and live. Luckily for you my interest has been piqued and I BADLY need a break from what I have been doing.

Instead of using a plate for the particle size I’m guessing processing time would dictate size/consistency. I have always wanted one after having to manually chop 60 butts for a fund raiser. It would make cured sausage easy too. I’m telling ya I would buy one for a $100 today if I found one. Those people clearly have no idea what they have.

This is the first one that came up on my search. Mind that price tag.
