<![CDATA[The big easy comes thru again]]>I smoked a couple of chickens for supper tonight. Really good. I got this big easy smoker for $20 on Craigslist and have probably used it 100 times since. Always comes out crispy and unbelievably tender. As bad as I want the pk100 I may have to just a stick with what I have. This and a Bradley. Here are some pics of tonight’s supper
