<![CDATA[Philly cheese brats sausage party]]>Today I processed the Philly cheese brats. Was cooking a test batch on my outdoor griddle and before you know it all the neighbors are here. So we had a little sausage party. As soon as I finished stuffing all of them we cooked them fresh. I tried the jarred cheese wiz as instructed. Pretty darn good. I also sautéd some mushrooms and onions in butter. They must have been good - it all disappeared. Still a bit for the freezer.

Maybe a mix? Or you could do all beef and let us know how they are. I just always use pork for brats.

However, seems like you used pork butts like normal. Any thoughts about using beef instead?
