<![CDATA[Lemon Pepper Chicken Jerky]]>I made a batch of dehydrated lemon pepper chicken jerky. It turned out great. I used sliced chicken breast meat, lemon pepper, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Toney’s chicken seasoning, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, salt, brown sugar, cure and crushed red pepper flakes. 12 hours or more in the marinade and 8 to 10 hours in the dehydrator.
