Has anyone here used both of these? If so was there a clear preference? ? Are they the same with different names?
I have only used SPG rub. thinking of adding one of these to my brisket Thanks

I used SPGR rub and the BBQ prime brisket injection. it was just as good as the Pa’s but has a more beefy flavor as tex77 mentioned. you cant go wrong using either one.

I ended buying both, the Pa’s black bull soluble and the butcher bbq Prime brisket injection . I smoked a brisket with SPGR rub and Pa’s black bull soluble injected. at this point i’m not sure it can be improved on. it is excellent!! now i’m not sure i want to try the prime injection… lol

I don’t think you can go wrong either way.

I will say that the Pa’s brisket I did lat year was called the best brisket ever by the late, great Don Walton! Perhaps the best compliment I have ever received here!
