I used SPGR rub and the BBQ prime brisket injection. it was just as good as the Pa’s but has a more beefy flavor as tex77 mentioned. you cant go wrong using either one.

What would really be cool is if you smoked both side by side for the ultimate review. I’ve used the butchers bbq pork and chicken products but I dont care for brisket that much so I rarely smoke them, so I’ll be curious of your opinion.

I ended buying both, the Pa’s black bull soluble and the butcher bbq Prime brisket injection . I smoked a brisket with SPGR rub and Pa’s black bull soluble injected. at this point i’m not sure it can be improved on. it is excellent!! now i’m not sure i want to try the prime injection… lol

I don’t think you can go wrong either way.

I will say that the Pa’s brisket I did lat year was called the best brisket ever by the late, great Don Walton! Perhaps the best compliment I have ever received here!

I will check with them and see what they say
