<p dir="auto">Josh Miller asked us what the craziest sausage recipe you have tried, or want to try.  First, Jon’s answer was incorrect here I said Jamabalaya Brat but the actual answer was <a href="https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/topic/1328/specialty-sausage-104-blood-sausage" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Blood Sausage</a></p>
<p dir="auto">Austin talks about how he wants to make a suicide brat, where he takes a little bit of a bunch of different seasonings and just see what it tastes like!</p>

<p dir="auto">-USDA is using DNA to detect food fraud.<br />
-African Swine Fever is now in India, making that 14 countries that are dealing with this.<br />
-Beef retail price[censored] record high in April and at the same time cattle prices tanked.</p>

Lots of good info and ideas. Been to a couple of Bucky’s gas stations in TX, one stop shop, bigger than any Kwik Trip I have been to.  Foot print of the property is about the size of a city block, if I recall correctly around 60 pumps.</p>
