I picked up this Char Griller instead.  Super easy to use and I was amazed at how it holds heat!  225 for 5 hours I did my first rack of ribs on it. I think I saw them in the $300 range &amp; then the $500 range, so indeed way less than TBGE. I even liked some of the materials on them more than TBGE. However, my wife would not let me bite the bullet on it, so never got one. I have not seen them in a  long time now.</p>

They do a great job!</p>

One thing I did do was buy a Fireboard and the fan to go along with it, and hooked it my Primo and I can hold temps for hours on end without any intervention on my part.  There is a thread on here where I talk more in depth about it, just search for Fireboard.</p>
