Now, that is comparable to around 500K scoville units, so maybe use this as a guide, figure out how many scoville units whatever you are going to be using is and adjust?</p>

You can always try making smaller test batches while recording the weight of the chili and pan frying to get an idea. Perhaps start with 1-2 grams crushed red chili per pound and adjust from there</p>
