I have a 5#. It works great. You just fill it more times.  But an 11# Is better, because I usally, make no less then 10# of meat at any one time.</p>

Even if I am doing a 33 lb batch I would rather reload my 11 lber 3 times than fight with the 33 lbers piston size!  Good job teaching the boys how to make their own food!</p>

Extremely easy to clean up and I can’t recommend it enough, so if you are on the fence you need to jump off that fence and get it.</p>
