<![CDATA[Anyone use one of these before?]]>As a former restaurant guy I spent a lot of time working efficiencies in operations. Cutting 19mm slim jim sticks down into 6" lengths takes FOREVER especially when you make 60# batches. So…somehow amazon got into my head and knew I was thinking about this the other day and sure enough this pops up…Jeff Bezos is a genius…but anyway, has anyone used one of these things and do you think it would work to drag the stick across and chop like a paper cutter?? slicer.jpg

Parksider If you made it where the back end was solid and the only slot for the knife was near where you would put the bag AND put it at a decline with a bag waiting at the bottom, thin you could get them to slide right in the bag?

You Take 3 Pieces and Screw them together in a U with Slots for a 12" Knife Every X amount of inches. Fill in with Sticks and Cut in the Slots.

Last time you asked someone brought up (or I was thinking) of one of those big paper cutters but that might be a little off putting. This looks pretty awesome though. Says it works with Frozen meat but I am pretty sure that is with deli meat. I’d imagine it can get through a snack stick pretty easily? Price is right too
