Any word on when these pro series models will be available for purchase again and will there be a price increase when available?

Recently I tried stepping down from my 22 to an 8 and was VERY unhappy with how long the second grind on 1/8 plate took and the quality of the meat. I had the meat almost frozen between grinds also.

There was a learning curve getting used to it but we have it down pretty well now though it can be a little messy…nothing that a strategically placed meat lug can’t take of. It’s more grinder/mixer than we currently have a use for and are considering selling. We haven’t fired it up for about 6 weeks now.

Anything more than a few lbs was too much effort and it was ear piercingly noisy. I bought the Weston #8 and the 11lb. stuffer and it was a game changer. If you are doing batches under 12 lbs. this is a good setup. I found however that 12 lbs isn’t nearly as much sausage as I needed. This will yield about 3 dozen sausages which will be eaten up quickly by family and friends. The small grinders work great but they can get hot which requires a cool down which just makes for a longer day. The #32 will grind 40-50 lbs in a matter of minutes. It grinds faster than I can feed it. We still use my #8 at the shop for a few lbs here and there on a daily basis and it’s held up just fine.

The Pro #32 has that reverse function which I think is beneficial when grinding. However, I cannot wait until 6 months from now to get one. I started looking outside Walton which I don’t want to do.
Certainly appreciate and respect your recommendation as that’s the one I have my eyes on.

Since acquiring this grinder at the shop we have stopped using our $6k #32 Thunderbird. It can rip through enough meat to keep up with our production needs and trim accumulation as we process. The grinder is super quiet and easy to clean. The hopper can easily hold 10 lbs of meat at a time. Second only to our chambered vacuum sealer, it’s our shop MVP of tools.
