Time for researching some upgrades. I am talking about measurement devices. I actually on have a digital scale and the one I have is basically crap. Anyone have any favorites of the following:

Digital scale

pH meter

compact digital hand held temperature probe?

I always hear get a C-clamp and clamp it onto the counter well instead of a C-clamp I got on amazon and bought some suctions cups instead and just popped my stuffers peg footing pads out and put these suctions cups in the holes and it wasn’t moving from my counter top anymore.

The new scales will be coming soon. I told our new manufacturer that I would have them setup and a order to them this week. They’ll do 0.1 gram increments, which will be amazing for measuring seasonings, but extremely helpful for small quantities while being precise on additives (like sodium erythorbate).

You can always measure spices and such with other ‘‘tools’’ but its hard to measure temp for a done and safe product unless you have a good thermometer.
