Problem is when making snack sticks I can’t get it to work but with larger diameter sausage it does work!</p>

If the farce is on the softer side it will suck right back inside the canister. If that doesn’t work I use a brush that is specifically for the tubes and push it directly into a zip-loc for storage. Lately I’ve been taking all of my leftover sausage and mixing it with an equal part of beef, some bread crumbs, egg and a pinch of salt. We sell that as meatloaves or meatballs at the shop or we simply take it home and eat it ourselves.</p>

Nice. I usually just push it out by hand. Stuffer has a big horn. Roll into a small loaf and put in smoker. Comes out great.</p>
