That’s a chart we keep for just that reason, I mean it doesn’t help us promote or sell more seasoning so truly, our only goal with that is to help people and we are totally open to changing it…I just posted another thing on the last post I was responding to and I think next week Austin and I will sit down and see if we can reorganize things to improve the functionality of it!

I can revisit that decision if there is a need?

I changed it, from 5.5. Sorry about that, the volume measurement was correct but I just double checked all the additives and there was one or two more that I somehow converted incorrectly. It seems like on those I halved the weight on the 5 lb batches. Very sorry, and thanks for catching it!

My print out for 5lbs says 2 tablespoons/.4oz/5.5G. Not coming close to this numbers on my scale or doing the math from 100lb batch bag.

When I get my seasonings in the mail the first thing I do is to mark each bag with the gram per pound conversion. If that could be marked on the packaging that would be great!
