<![CDATA[Texas A&M Barbecue Summer Camp and Camp Brisket]]>Just curious has anyone here attended the Barbecue Summer Camp or Camp Brisket that the Meat Science section at Texas A&M puts on each year? Some friends and I our seriously debating trying to get into them. Links to each are below.

Never got a spread there but boy, did we eat locally. Texas, and Firefighters, knows how to eat!!!

I guess they also have a regular bbq class for students that fills up fast every year, that covers bbq from around the world.

I’ve never heard anything other than positive things from these types of classes. If you have the time and resources I would say pull the trigger!
