<![CDATA[add soy to pre mixed seasonings?]]>Not clear to me if I need to add additional soy powder to Walton Kielbasa mix. Says soy is in mix, but recipe online says add 12 oz.

Using a meat binder like Soy Protein Blend or Sure Gel Meat Binder is our recommendation for any cured sausage, but it is not required. A meat binder will help, but sausage can still be made without an additional binder.
