<![CDATA[Tomorrow's forecast.... Chili????]]>With highs tomorrow hovering around 40 with rain mixed with the white stuff. Got me thinking about some chili. Prepping it tonight. Two-three hours simmering then chill overnight to let everything meld together. Slow simmer all day tomorrow.

Seems like everything with tomato involved taste better after sitting overnight.

Ok. The age old question… Beans or no beans. Beans in this part of the world.

Badgers/Michigan tomorrow and chili… Should be great. Oh yeah… Beer too.

The texture of the zucchini was very close to That of the real thing.
