How can I do this and the meat be safe when she gets it?</p>

That makes it Cheaper don’t have to buy the container, there not cheap</p>

I’d also vac seal them.  If you had a way to test pH and water activity they might be shelf stable but giving your daughter food poisoning just isn’t worth it!</p>
