My Daughter lives in Boston. I live in Missouri. I want to send her some snack sticks via mail.
How can I do this and the meat be safe when she gets it?

I’d also vac seal them. If you had a way to test pH and water activity they might be shelf stable but giving your daughter food poisoning just isn’t worth it!
