It’s not completely sugar free but it’s ‘better’ than the real thing.

I’m admittedly bad about seeing a doctor but I’m sure I was well on my way to diabetes. I’ve lost enough that sleep apnea and asthma are a thing of the past though!

My best result is that I’ve dropped my insulin requirements by 2/3!! Anymore, if I get ahold of anything sweet, it’s WAY too sweet. I am now working on a Keto Kansas City Style Bar-B-Que Sauce. Tri-tip ravioli sounds amazing! I haven’t made my own pasta since my grandma passed, as a teen I used to make huge batches of it with her and then the rest of the family would fight over who got some but she always gave me extra for helping out!
