Or at least I don’t feel it anymore. It has been nice to have a sort of record of my appearance over the last few years. I’d argue if you go back and look at some 2018 stuff I look young, but then a bunch of things happened at once and my youthful appearance washed away and here I am a bitter, puffy old man! Just kidding, I love my life. But check out an older video of Austin and myself, it can be pretty funny to watch the change happen.

One of the things I have noticed is that during my Thursday Meatgistics Livestreams something happens every time and my eyes go almost totally bloodshot byt the end of it! Doesnt seem to happen during the monthly ones and I can’t figure out why. The only difference is how much I talk, no difference in lighting or anything else. Just my body continuing to betray me!

I ‘try’ to have that attitude at the grocery store. First I always eat before shopping, then buy only things that are worth the calories. It limits my choices when I’m tempted to eat, like at night when just chilling.

When I eat something now I make myself look at the nutritional information and I think, is this really worth it? Regarding the crimp bread. They’re often called open faced sandwiches. Have heard them referred to as church sandwiches or funeral sandwiches. Other toppings include egg salad and deli spread. All varieties are very good.

I have tried to use them as “buns” for an extra, extra large hamburger though. If I can find pictures sometime, I’ll have to share. That was back when they were still round pizzas though.

PapaSop Make sure you add something to it, like Joe Hell described too, always finish it off with a topping of sorts.

I would always finish mine off a drizzle of olive oil, dried oregano and crushed red pepper. Delicious!

I once rolled one up and wrapped it in a bacon blanket before baking. It was terrible! Lol
