I’ll use a scale or scoop often. Meatballs and sausages are super easy to keep track of and ration calories that way!

Too much connective tissue for the coarse grind I used & I didn’t want to trash it, so meatballs it is. Second round doing it 2 lbs at a time.

I will often include a portion of ground lamb or Chorizo as well! That all looks great macsinsac ! I’m definitely making meatballs this week!

Also, you ground up tri-tip and Italian sausage (was it already loose) to make meatballs? I’ve never made meatballs from already made sausage but now Im pretty sure i will be!
