However, not all powdered milk is created equal.  If you are using one you want to look for one that has been High Heat Sprayed NFDM that is at or above 30% protein.  If you get a low heat sprayed version you might end up with clumps of the dried milk in your sausage and how this has been treated may or may not appear on the label.   So, to be safe we would recommend you go with <a href="https://www.waltonsinc.com/sure-gel-meat-binder" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Sure Gel</a>,  <a href="https://www.waltonsinc.com/super-bind-group" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Super Bind</a> or some other <a href="https://www.waltonsinc.com/seasonings/additives" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Binder</a> instead of NFDM you bought at the grocery store.</p>
