Dialed it in a few months ago & even adjusted the rub to make seasoning for some cured tri tip sausage I made a couple of months ago that were killer.

Now, if I am cooking it as a roast I will usually use Pa’s Black Bull but when just grilling it that Cyclops is amazing!
