It will all depend on how you want to cook it on what you add and how much you mix it.  If you want it to have a hot dog like consistency then follow the <a href="https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/topic/180/how-to-make-homemade-hot-dogs-recipe/1" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Hot Dog</a> if you want to make more of a brat in just a smaller casing then follow the <a href="https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/topic/756/fresh-sausage-106-basic-bratwurst-processing" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Basic Bratwurst Processing</a> and stuff it into smaller casings.</p>
