Soluble Pa’s Black Bull Teriyaki? Why the heck not? Just add sliced ginger, smashed garlic, green onions, brown sugar and crushed red pepper…or in my case ground smoked habanero. Voila! I used 8oz of the regular Pa’s mix, 2 TBL of Splenda brown sugar and the fresh ingredients above to approx 4 lbs boneless thighs and vacuum tumbled for 1 hour. I grilled this one at the folks house on the Weber propane rather than charcoal.

The more I use Pa’s, the more I like it. It is a great marinade as it is but it’s really easy to make it your own. Just get creative!

I think it’s on sale for $4.99 and it makes a gallon! I mixed it up all at once and have been keeping it in the fridge. I think I’ll use it on beef next for roast beef sandwich meat.
